The glitter is fading It's OK I guess, as far as casinos go these days. Haven't hit anything of any size on a slot here since I don't know when...I would say at least a year or so. Of course these days they're all rough to play. Some just a bit worse than the others. It's almost like splitting hairs anymore as far as part of it goes. They do have wait staff for drinks which is a plus. The last time at Rhythm City we were there 4 hours and never saw one wait person and that was a Sunday morning. Not like they were busy, yet only one cashier working at times. I got fed up and left. Usually no problem at IOC getting a cashier. A bit disappointing for dinning choices. Reading other reviews I find it puzzling when some complain of smoke in a smoking casino....ah, that's what it is. That's known going in. Sort of like someone that doesn't drink, goes to bar and then complains that they serve alcohol and that people are drunk. Smoking in the air doesn't bother us here.

Overall the hotel was clean and well kept. The receptionist was not very friendly. She did not welcome us, just asked for name. She didn't share any hotel information, just gave us our key and sent us on our way. Aside from that, everything was fine.
