I appreciated the large bathroom with all the amenities including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The room was nice and cool when we arrived after a long day at state golf tournament.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The only thing was the floor needed vacuuming!!

We got in really late and we left really early. Would loved to have stayed and used the pool and hot tub area, it looked really nice. Too bad it closed at 10pm. The room was really comfortable and the bathroom and very large. Loved the shower was excellent. We used the check in kiosk when we arrived as front desk was busy, and when we checked out no one was there so we checked out at the kiosk as well. No issues. Parking was plentiful. Everything was wonderful besides housekeeping never came by so whenever we needed more bath towels i had to go to the front desk
Clean, easy to get to. NIce location. Could have used Kleenex in room. Staff is wonderful

We stayed on 3rd floor the view was terrible just saw the flat roof and AC units we only stayed because my son had to go for surgery at Allen Hospital and i wanted him to have fun incase he didnt make it which he did so far I would of loved to see Waterloo but the view really was rotten
