Water was too cold in the pool for our little kids otherwise the rooms were good

Place is nice. Took kids to pool but someone had literally pooped in it. Not the facilities fault but still gross. So we took kids to arcade and it seemed like most of the machines were broken or missing parts.

Not sure why there is a $10 resort fee. I would not consider this a resort. Its a hotel with a smoky casino attached. Restaurants high priced. Have to wait until 7 to get a cup of coffee and no free breakfast.

The hotel and Brew Brothers restaurant on site was wonderful. We would have stayed a 2nd night if they hadn't been sold out. Front desk staff were very friendly. Hotel is close to Lost Island as well.

Room was big and nicely kept clean, casino was very nice and not Smokey, need more beverage self serve stations, caesar should be offering free drinks while playing, that part stinks!

The hotel is always a great place to stay every year while we are there for conference. The only hiccup this year was the WiFi was not working and we were told that construction has cut a line at some point. It had been that way for a while and they could not tell us when it would be fixed. I’m not sure how the casino and hotel operated having to to use our hot spot to work off with not much service for 4 days was little tough but we made it.
