Great Staff! Smelled great, very clean throughout the casino. Pillows too fluffy! Difficult to sleep on the pillows. Rooms were clean. Very enjoyable stay. Would recommend highly.

Like the casinos in Vegas, the forst thing I smelled was cigarettes upon walking into the building. Our room, although listed as a better king size room, would not pass muster at a Wyndham hotel, for example. Further, as our stay unfolded, the more we saw: no linens in the bathroom, and only body towels when we asked the desk. No outlets except at the desk. Someone had placed a plastic baggie over the smoke alarm, undoubtedly to smoke in the room, a story corroborated by a mysterious hole in the top sheet. The drapes were ... read more
