The front desk people were not friendly. The pool was cold and overcrowded. Not very many places to eat

Good stay My husband and I really like staying here. The only thing is we are coffee drinkers and we wish the Isle would put coffee makers back in the room.
No valet service, only one breakfast place open daily and one restaurant open which was completely closed Monday and Tuesday. So you have to leave the property or order delivery to eat. We tried calling desk to get toilet paper to our room and they didn’t answer so ended up going down to get it. When we checked in, the front desk girl checking us in was complaining how long she had been working that day to another customer and barely acknowledged us. Nice resort, not great parking We have stayed at the Isle Casino many times and have enjoyed our stay each time we’ve been there. However this time needing a hip replacement the parking even for handicapped is very inaccessible and far away. Because of Covid they do not have valet parking which would have been a preference since I’m only able to walk a very limited distance. Would have liked more places/options to eat. Also would have like to have the coffee shop open a bit earlier maybe 6 am instead of 7 am, specially since there was no coffee in room.
The resort fee is a money grab and a joke. Facilities are free but they add a fee wth!
Love the restaurant. Good food.
