The room was really comfortable and the bathroom and very large. Loved the shower was excellent. We are delighted to hear you enjoyed your quiet room on the high floor! Thank you for choosing Isle Casino Hotel Waterloo.
We stayed on 3rd floor the view was terrible just saw the flat roof and AC units we only stayed because my son had to go for surgery at Allen Hospital and i wanted him to have fun incase he didnt make it which he did so far I would of loved to see Waterloo but the view really was rotten
Business response:
Thanks for your feedback, Marlene.
When we first got to the room, there was loose candy and wrappers and other garbage on the floor and food in the chair, from the previous guests. It appeared the only cleaning of the room which had been done before our stay was to make the bed, replace trash can liners, and to quickly wipe down the surfaces and place a new bar of soap in the bathroom.
Clean rooms pool and hot tub well maintained. Casino was lively and Fun.
Business response:
We are delighted to hear you enjoyed our clean rooms, well-maintained pool and hot tub, and lively casino atmosphere!
