Older hotel, holes in the carpet (room 321s carpet needs to be replaced), towels and blankets need to be replaced they were very rough.

Travel for work....room very large....not convenient area if you don't plan on eating at casino......hotel floors over compensated fragrance to cover up smoke from casino. But no real issues, I'd stay again, good price for during the week stay, stayed 4 nights

The staff and property were good. There was only one bar of soap for the sink and shower and no coffee in the room.

Since they did not offer house keeping, the trash cans needed to be larger. We appreciated that we could not hear the casino noise from our room.

We liked the arcade and that I was close to the Lost Island parks. The pool had posted that we couldn’t bring in our own drinks and when we asked we couldn’t have our drinks pass the gate that went into the pool area. Wasn’t what we expected or wanted; we wanted to be able to sit by the pool, have a drink while our child played.

Ok Stay The shower head was broken. The carpets in our room were dirty. The pool and spa were full of kids and no place for anyone to relax. The non smoking slots area smelled like smoke. There was no Wi-Fi in our room. When I called the front desk about it they said that wires got cut when building the new restaurant and have never got fixed.
