Fees just became too high. I submitted my renters insurance several times and it didn’t get added to my account, so month after month I was charged for their ins. When I called I was told sorry once we charge it to your account it can’t be changed that month. Seemed wrong to me that because of their mistake I had to keep paying. Seemed like a scam to me.
