I think this storage place is horrible It doesn't get. Any worse over 900 complaints how are you allowed to be in business or have a A rating? I have no idea I give you a negative star ? if it was a option. I've. Had a storage with this place about a year and do auto pay. Get your little fake thank you txt msg ea. Month as if you care when you obviously don't why would you raise my Rent by some major amount w/zero warning? It's a Scam has to be. My camper was stolen out of the extra space storage unit at ************ s.c. Unit gate malfunction camera malfunction sorry for your loss is all they will say this is not a security place to store anything terrible company

This place is doing illegal stuff. My wife and I were moving our stuff out of a unit. Let the office know what we were doing. Still had unit paid up for several more days. The next day theoffice called us and said the unit doors were wide open and nothing was in the unit. Wow what are the odds. Stay away from this storage place. They will take your stuff if they get the chance. Criminal.

I began my rental on August 18, 2024. Today is November 11, 2024. I just received a notice that my rental rate is increasing to almost double! This place uses ************* tactics. Beware!

BAIT and SWITCH - For the 2nd time in as may years they have raised my monthly rent without notice or explanation. I am now paying more than double than my original amount, and $80 more than the rate advertised on their website. Beware of this company!

I rented a storage unit from EXTRA SPACE STORAGE which has a main office in **************, **. USA less than 3 weeks ago. It is an international business with locations worldwide.I paid over 550 dollars for the rental of the storage unit - they required 4 months paid in advance I cancelled the rental contract before the move-in date due to a change in circumstances. This company refunded me a total that was less than 150 dollars several days later.This company kept a little of 400 dollars of the storage unit payment instead... read more

What a scam! Bait and switch! I bought into the $174 a month for four months with a "possible small increase after the four months". Small!! The increase is almost $100/month more! Buyer BEWARE

The corporate accountability is just as crappy as the customer service I didn't receive at ******************. If you are too ignorant and stuck on yourself to do as YOU said, then you should never have stated to me that you'd get back with me within 24 to 48 hours. After the initial 48 hours, I called AGAIN and was assured someone would get ahold of me ASAP. Liars is all I can say about you. I've wasted to much energy and time for one of the most s@@***** companies I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with.
