great service. they have worked hard to add to their customer service and it shows. they are also planning on a major upgrade to their platform that will resolve most of my current smaller issues, which will lead to a 5 star rating at that time ( issues getting solved include: depositing through ACH, staking capability, merging accounts so Roth and traditional ira for one customer can be one account and not two, etc)
I trust is a great alternative to invest in crypto in your retirement account. The seem to add new coins regularly. I would like to see them process deposits more quickly.
I'm pleased with iTrust Capital and I'm excited to have a portion of my retirement accounts in crypto. They have added numerous assets since I joined and could be more active at trading if I desired.
Need to offer more great micro coins
To be honest, I didn't expect much from them just because I wasn't really sure about the whole IRA with crypto currency. However, after speaking with Shawn, I changed my mind and signed up right away. Shawn was very helpful from the start, provide me with links and everything thus making the process more easy.
Excellent customer service
I’m very happy with iTrust Capital so far. I moved my TSP over to iTrust Capital in July 2021 and the transition was straight forward and very simple to do. No fees every month is really great! I’m hoping iTrust Capital offers some staking rewards for our crypto soon. Thanks iTrust Capital! Now let’s get that staking aspect of our crypto rolling and then I’ll be really satisfied.
