I'm currently in the process of transferring a portion of my Roth IRA from Fidelity to iTrustCapital. On the IRA Transfer form I forgot to check one of the boxes. However, Danielle, from iTrustCapital reached out to me on a SUNDAY to help me fix the issue. I found her to be very helpful and quick to resolve the problem. iTrust Capital communicated straightforward directions to roll over my IRA and 401k from a previous employer. Very pleased.
Funding the account went smooth and asset selection is growing.
Transfer of funds from my IRA to ITrust was smooth. Great follow up with a phone call from a rep confirming my wire transfer was credited to my account and that I could begin trading. All in all a positive experience.
Overall positive. That said I was unable to reach the site to trade from last Thursday night through the following Saturday. As I understood explanation provided by the Technical Support Representative, security software added to the platform caused the problem. By the time the situation was resolved the price of cryptos I planned to buy had risen, so I paid more than I would have had I been able to reach site when I received Error 1020, Access denied.
Great crypto trading platform that is easy to use.
Lowest crypto commissions that I found. Set up of the account was easy and transfer of funds from a different custodian went smoothly. I am able to pay the account maintenance fees from a separate account to maximize the growth in the IRA.
ITrust was able to get the transfer completed within 48 hrs. I one weeks time my portfolio increased 26% vs .5% if I had left it with traditional brokers. I appreciate the promptness and professionalism ITrust displayed.
