Roll over conversion went as planned. I was able to roll over my traditional Ira into a Back Door Roth conversion with only a couple steps. The I trust capital team was excellent at answering their phones and emails and even texted me occasionally, I dealt with about 3 different people, but overall, the customer service was well informed and well educated.

Rafael was awesome Rafael was very professional, resourceful, patient and friendly. I've been trying to roll in money from another firm. Called iTrust to see about reactivating… Called iTrust to see about reactivating an old account. Spoke with Josh who got me squared away with my account. Then he patiently took the time to answer all of my questions regarding a roll over from a 401k. He explained their(iTrust’s) different accounts, the rollover process, and my tax questions. I feel very comfortable moving forward with iTrust due to this interaction.
