I appreciate the availability of customer care.. Easily scheduled and always (so far) perfectly handling any question, concern, or need for assistance. I am so grateful to find iTrust, to be able to get my remaining scant inheritance/retirement savings into an investment vehicle which will mean, and does mean that I will be very well positioned to enjoy and relax in my final decades!! I do hope they will soon add the ability for stop orders.
The setup was easy and products are flexible to allow my rollover IRA and ROTH 401(k). There are a good number of crypto investment options.

i love the transparency of the fees, the number of new assets added in the last 6-8 months is very exciting and allows for diversification. The only thing i am waiting on is staking and maybe some stablecoin to hold our USD in and earn interest.
Nice to have an easy to use crypto IRA. I look forward to the day where they can find ways to make trading less expensive. Customer service is very good, which in today's non-customer service world, is a real treat.
