I changed the amount of funds I am… I changed the amount of funds I am transferring to my IRA yesterday. Francisco was very helpful. He canceled my first transfer and walked me through setting up the new one. I should mention that I had been up all night working a 12 hour shift so I was a bit sleepy and slow. But he patiently walked me through the process. It was a good experience.
