Very good experience and pleasant and quick customer service.
I would have gave ITrust capital a five star, but I would have liked the package of IRA and Roth IRA in one fee per customer. I would have transferred my Roth IRA to ITrust but I would have had to spend twice as much in fees. Please fix this so I can feel confident to transfer all my Roth IRA money over.
Overall great service and low cost. I think ITrust should start focusing on interest baring accounts for clients and even becoming validaters in crypto networks. Being part of the network for each crypto they support I think is important for the future of the space.
I feel the customer service at ITrust is outstanding! I am looking forward to staking my digital assets on their platform!
Since the first day I contacted iTrust capital they have been incredibly helpful, and made the process of opening an account, transferring funds, and trading very easy. I couldn't be happier with their service. My only regret is not opening an account with them sooner!
Flat and competitive custodian fees. No surprises on trading fees. All communication is straight-forward and transparent. Easy in-kind tranfser of crypto assets. Exactly what I was looking for in a crypto capable self-directed IRA.
I moved my IRA from TD Ameritrade to ITrustCapital as I lost faith in the stock market. ITrust Capital walked me through the transfer process which went smoothly. Now I can invest in areas that are of more interest to me. So far. So good!!!! Five stars!!!
