I was previously at Preferred Trust and literally had to report them to the Nevada Financial Institutions Division for originally refusing to send my in-kind transfers. iTrust has been taking away a lot of Preferred's business and Preferred is retaliating with making it damn near impossible to close and remove your funds. The In-kind Operations Specialist at ITrust, Felipe Cabrera, is a godsend. He went over and above to help me transfer my crypto from my existing IRA; and was in constant contact with me. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. When my crypto was finally sent over to Itrust, he took no time at all to notify me. Felipe is an expert in his field and a huge asset to ITrust Capital.
ITrust Capital company and customer service is "Top Notch". I have done business with 3 other companies for 3 plus years now and ITrust is in a totally different class.
