This company works wonderfully from the website design to customer service . I enjoy buying and selling gold , silver , and cryptos . I would love to see more good fundamental crypto like Cardano to be added soon before the price more high to buy .
I was looking into which Crypto IRA Platform to go with for opening a Roth IRA with Crypto, and after checking out a bunch of different sites, iTrustCapital was by far the best. Ahead of others , great service
I feel more in control, taking a good portion of my hard earned savings and placing them outside of Wall Street.
I'm very grateful for the services provided by iTrustCapital in enabling me to use my previous 401k/IRA for Bitcoin. I would like to see more services around an interest earning potential with my concurrency and /or means of taking a loan against my positions.
Really excellent platform for acquiring and holding crypto in an IRA or especially a Roth.There is a gaping security hole however, they ask you to email the document that has your Social Security number, date of birth, name and address. It would be great if they had a simple upload button on their website, but they don’t. Don’t they know that emails are not secure, but faxes are? I faxed them instead, but had to contact them to get their fax number which is nowhere on the site. It worked out fine, and everything is great.
I would give a 5 but we need to grow the offering and most importantly add the ability to create stop losses. With this being retirement money the ability to create automated downside risk reduction is key. Also reporting could be improved with the addition of graphics or visuals. I would recommend ITrust for their lower fees and ease of setup.
