My phone number was deemed "incorrect" by the iTrust system and blocked my attempts. After several other tries, he very creatively suggested that I enter a different phone number (not mine). To my surprise, it worked. Throughout our extended phone contact, he was patient, thoughtful and easy to understand. He's a great relationship manager!
