Issues Resolved I have been working on setting up an account for a couple months, mainly due to a security glitch that would not allow me to get my KYC completed. After multiple emails and calls, I was finally able to log in to my new account. With all of the issues, I was concerned but this last call with Mo went extremely well. He was able to get my account working properly and I can now log in with no trouble. He was very helpful and I was happy to have connected with him to get my issues resolved.
