I called with a question of funding. I called with a question of funding since i sent a rollover check to iTrustCapital. Alex was able to immediately tell me they had possession of my check and then relay when it would be available to me. This was a stress reliever for me as I do not send large (might not be large for others) sums of money through the mail. This was very much appreciated.
