The overall web experience is very good and the site is easy to use. They have one of the most diverse lists of coins to invest in. I would like to see limit ordering and performance charts added eventually. It would also be great if more layer ones such as avax, luna, and ftm and game/metaverse options like mana and sand were added instead of more memes.
From start to finish it took a little over a week to get the funds transferred from my Roth IRA which was a bit nerve racking but iTrust was there with phone calls and e-mails to keep communication open. Seemed as though my old institution didn’t want to expedite the process because there’s nothing in it for them. I am glad I made the transfer.
Moved my managed retirement account from a big bank to iTrustCapital and the process was extremely simple. I love being able to control what I'm investing in with the easy to use website.

So far so good. Customer service has been great, moving funds was easy, and no issues so far. Been about a month on their platform. I compared iTrust to BitcoinIRA, both get great reviews, but BitcoinIRA fees are outdated an are no longer competitive with the market. I also like that iTrust has Coinbase as their custodian.
I am trilled with the opportunity to grow wealth inside of my Roth IRA with I Trust Capital!! It has been a smooth process. I will open more soon!
