Jimmy called exactly when he was supposed to and the call took only about 5 minutes. Wanted to change the email address on… Wanted to change the email address on my account. Only on-line option I found was to open a support ticket, which I did. I got an automated email back with a link to schedule a verification call, which I did. At the scheduled time I waited at the phone for 30 mins. No call. I then called the support number and waited.
