I called and was able to talk to a representative relatively quickly. They offered me a course of action to fix my problem and a very short time later provided the necessary documents via email. I had a question which was answered relatively quickly via email. And upon completion of my actions, the issue was resolved. All of this took about half a day. Megen Semel was also very professional, polite, and helpful.

I love the services you offer. I do have some criticism though, there is no option for easy DCA strategy. There are no no options for stop loss. When I buy the price is always higher than what I see on trading view. And I am out of phone service area but I have access to Wi-Fi (Fishing vessel, Bering Sea) so the best way I can all questions is through Twitter. I've sent a few DMs and I have not got a response. Keep up the good fight. And relist algo and XRP asa legally p

ITrustCapital is easy to use, appears very safe from scams/hacks/illiquidity. I would give it 5 stars if they would incorporate a stop/loss feature.

My agent was very attentive and very helpful. It involved text, emails and phone calls. It took a day shorter than first estimated. I had many questions that were all answered but I thought they should have been more easily found or prominently posted. Could have been I didn't look in the right place.
