The UI\UX could be a lot better but it is functional. Customer service responds to me reasonably quick with answers to my questions. Call experience has been non existent. Seems like every time I tried a call directly iTrust wasn't accepting calls at that time. But overall my experience has not been bad.

Adam was great when he helped me with instructions to bank wire funds to my Roth account. ITrust capital is like a bank vault locked security away. I have no fear of funds being jeopardized with ITrustCapital.

My experience with iTrustCapital is always positive, through communication and the continued improvements to the user portal. I recently had communication in regards to the staking information in the portal, which I received quick and professional communication. As well as a recent rollover transfer that was simple to initiate with steps to guide through the process; along with communication to inform me on where things were in the process.
My experience with this company has been exceptional. I received a text from someone as soon as I signed up. They didn’t blow up my phone. They simply said if I need anything please reach out. Seven days later I had a question, sent them a text (I asked if he could call me) and received a phone call in ten minutes. They answered all of my questions but did not try to sell me on anything.
Calvin was very professional and helped resolved my issue right away. He was patient and his directions were clear. I-Trust Capital continues to provide excellent customer service.
Fast and Friendly Customer Service by far the best platform to trade on and the option to be able to stake a coin and earn just a well rounded Company. And I look forward to the new coins and changes in the future.
