I opened a self directed Roth for both… I opened a self directed Roth for both my wife and myself. I had an issue with a funding transfer and spoke with Jimbo about it and he was extremely helpful. 5 stars for his customer service and his knowledge on the subject. I asked him various random questions and he clarified everything. It's great when you speak to a real person and they are sharp and pleaslant!
