After a very bad initial showing in dealing with a hacker break-in to my mother's account, iTrust finally came back and made good with us, via a very gracious call from one of their VPs and a pledge to undo the damage done to her IRA account. They have further pledged to repair the previous flaw in their security, so that we and every other iTrust client can have full faith in their security protocols, going forward. We believe in second chances, and we're looking forward to a long and friendly relationship with iTrust.
Most important is that iTrust lives up to its name. It is a very trustworthy custodian. Having been burnt by Celsius myself, I am now extremely cautious. I do not hesitate to put some of my retirement savings into this platform.
