We had funding issues with our IRA… We had funding issues with our IRA because our bank account didn't include our full name as it appears on our government ID. Plaid was rejecting our funding attempts. Lucas was able to guide us in removal of the original Plaid funding sources and reading them back which for ES Plaid to request the updates demographics on our bank account. It worked and we got our account funded successfully. 5 stars to Lucas!! Thanks so much!

iTrust's customer service, always great iTrust's customer service has always been great in my experience. This time Alex helped me with a Roth conversion. Absolutely nothing bad to say, he was both efficient and personable. I also appreciate the fact that right after we hung up he sent me a text from his direct line, just in case I had follow-up questions.

Exceptional customer service Chris Lee spent nearly 15 minutes on the phone with me helping me move my assets off a different exchange. He waited until we could see it on the Itust side. Customer service is top notch moving assets around always makes me nervous. But the service provided is amazing.
