Assistance with a rollover Earlier this month I opened a new IRA with iTrust Capital. There was a slight delay in funds being enrolled over from my 401k. Chad V assisted me in getting the necessary verification. He actually took time to join a 3way call with my 401k custodian. With in a couple of hours was where it was supposed to be!
