I’m a new/first time customer of… I’m a new/first time customer of iTrust. When transferring funds to the new account I made a mistake on my paperwork. I called and sat on hold for no more than 5 minutes. Then, an ACTUAL HUMAN answered the phone. Bryce helped me correct the issue in real time and the error was corrected on my account within a few hours. If you’re thinking of moving your IRA to iTrust, I recommend it and further more I highly recommend asking to speak with Bryce!

Received competent Customer Support!
