The website's user experience needs to… The website's user experience needs to be overhauled. When executing an IRA transfer, there is no clear visual representation in the dashboard to indicate the status of the transfer. It took 5 days for me to realize that a form needed to be completed in order to commence the process. There should be an obvious notification (like a number 1) that pops up in the Document section notifying me that there was a form to be completed. Transfer experience pretty good overall It took me about 2 weeks to get my money transferred from a traditional IRA over to iTrust. I learned you really have to stay on top of the company you are transferring from and iTrust does warn you of that, so listen. But once I got the money in, it was a simple process to order the coins I wanted. it was a little more expensive to buy that I had recognized going in, but considering other low fees you know they have to make the money somewhere to keep this running.
