Lemons turned to lemonade! I received a new phone and my two-factor authentication no longer work properly. I spoke with a representative a day prior and they promised that my two-factor authentication would be reset but it wasn't. The next day I called and spoke with a representative name Julian. He was able to reset my two-factor and get me online. He waited until I was able to access my account before he hung up. It was a huge relief to be able to access the account.
