My experience was excellent and pretty… My experience was excellent and pretty easy. Alyssa was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. She had to walk me through some areas, and did so in words that anyone could understand. My only constructive criticism is that many of the questions are repetitive and I wasn’t sure if they were requiring me to give the information again, or that they require multiple responses concerning the call.
