Don’t hesitate to call iTrustCapital I had a conversation yesterday with Ayrton at iTrustCapital about my RMD (after he initially resolved an issue I was having logging into their website). It was actually pleasant and it felt like I was talking to a friend. Not an everyday experience. He answered all my questions and increased my already high opinion of iTrustCapital as a company. He and the company have my highest regards.

I started the process of transferring… I started the process of transferring funds to iTrust Capital in February. The process began with several hiccups because apparently I typed in the wrong phone number when opening up an account. Then there was an issue with my full name. I had an old computer at the time so that was hindering the process somewhat. I went out of the country and upon my return I was told I would need to set up a Zoom call to verify my identity.
