Customer Service on another level I had a problem setting up my account and saw a phone number available and thought, why not, and grabbed the phone. To my surprise, in a matter of seconds I was talking to Representative Joseph Kim, who was expedient in resolving the issue and professionally answering any and all questions I could think of with ease. Better equipped now with further insight as to what may be in store for future finance. I'm glad I called. Next Level Customer Service.

Called the tech support line with a site issue I'd called the tech support line as I was experiencing an issue with the website. Ashley Mobley was the support person I was lucky enough to have spoken with. She was very helpful and addressed my issue right away so I was able to proceed and complete my task while she remained on the phone (to make sure all was resolved).
The ease of distribution requests Mark was very thorough in his responses and helping me understand the process of a distribution. He explained everything to me in a way that made me feel like he knew what he was talking about, and I was able to trust his guidance. I enjoy doing business with iTrust all around
