I have loved the customer service so… I have loved the customer service so far. Really great! Very responsive. Thank you! Only a few negatives.... I didn't love the fact that I had to use a separate email to create a traditional IRA. (I already had a Roth with iTrust) Also, I would have loved to have seen more options to choose from, like Vechain. But maybe that's coming! (I know you're still new) And lastly, but perhaps most importantly, I'd really like to stake my DOT, Tezos, and ADA, even while it's in my iTrust account. ... read more

NOT eligible in NY or HI Looks great, except I went trhough all the steps to set up and then found out that I wasn't eligible because I live in NY State. Humph! I hope that NY can be integrated at some point. I see that Alto serves NY and may go with them...
