In processing customer. Impressed so far. As you can imagine I am a little nervous with this decision. I was emailing back and forth with Alexis - iTrust representative. I am EXTREMELY excited to be moving my… I am EXTREMELY excited to be moving my IRA to iTrust. it has taken a number of weeks to get it done. This week after many weeks of going back and forth - i was able to get Rochelle on a 3 way call with JP Morgan and we finally got it done. Great Platform - Depositing is archaic Innovative, reasonable fees, good overall experience. Just ironic that we are investing in the digital future of speed and efficiency, but to do so, we have to rely on wiring money. Update contribution options to allow for online access to major bank debiting and this is a five start platform.
