Transfer of IRA Had a conversation with Shawn and he was extremely knowledgable about the IRA transfer process into itrust. Funding mishaps finally fixed We had a lot of mishaps with funding the account and it’s finally fixed thanks to Blake S., which has been nothing but nice and courteous and helped sort out the mess.

Charting and Reports need enhancements Charting and Reports need enhancements. All calculations for profit /loss must be done manually. Holdings only show % but not $amount of investment.

So far Danielle and iTrust have been… So far Danielle and iTrust have been very helpful, responsive, and efficient at updating us in our process to roll over our IRA's. In this environment, I wanted to put my money to work in something I have more control over. After Three Months Being with iTrust for only three months I can attest that it has been a pleasant experience. It was easy to set up the account and the platform to trade, if you like, is very user-friendly. As to the actual trust services and dealings with the IRS I have no experience yet.
Itrust earns 5 Stars! I really enjoy itrust. The monthly fees are very reasonable. The trading fees are reasonable. It would be nice if we did not have to pay the fee on every sale and purchase, but I understand. The customer service has been very good.
