HAPPY BUT ROOM FOR A LOT OF IMPROVEMENTS Hi,first I want to report that I am happy with the fast and smooth process of opening a Roth ira with Itrust capital,so 5 stars on that part. Where Itrustcapital needs to IMPROVE A LOT: customer must have the option of placing LIMIT ORDERS to avoid the BIG spread of MARKET ORDERS,limit orders would easily take care of preventing these ADDITIONAL LARGE COSTS,and even the MARKET price is higher than normal ( so you have a higher market price + spread which combined are higher than 1%). ... read more
The Best Financial Decision I've Ever Made! I'm very happy I decided to choose ITrustCapital to be my new IRA custodian. The whole process was much easier than expected thanks to Rochelle and the rest of the team. I've done 2 rollovers so far and plan to do a couple more. I had some questions regarding funding… I had some questions regarding funding my account and taxes. It took a little over a week for them to get ahold of me but the process was smooth and Felipe was fantastic! He helped answer all of my questions and left me very satisfied with the service.
5 stars aren't enough :) Nadia Reyes and team were fantastic My experience with iTrust exceeded any and all of my expectations. Where do I start? I initially emailed a generic customer service email on a Saturday, half-thinking that I wouldn't get a reply until at the least the beginning of the following week. I was wrong.
