Carol and staff have been great however... Carol and staff have been great however...we as investors, should not have to wait for a week or longer for person to person communication...especially since it involves our IRA funds. I understand that the youtube influencers are promoting ITrust in every video however if ITrust is not able to keep up with demand maybe number of new customers should be limited until you have the staff to service all customers in a timely manner. Pretty happy overall Pretty happy overall. I'd prefer to rate 4.5 but that wasn't an option. Getting my account funded was easy, customer service always got back to me but sometimes took a couple of days. Easy to trade. I'm super glad you added polkadot to the list. Here's what I'd like to see. Lower monthly fee, more options to invest in. I didn't realize when I signed up, how limited my choices would be.
