So far I have been very impressed with ITrustCapital. Their customer service has been very responsive and has helped me setup a Roth IRA account. I am also happy with the coins they have available. Now if the market will just cooperate.😃
UPDATE: iTrust indeed resolved my issue within a day. Original review: I signed up over a week ago and have been left in 'pending review' forever. I have given them everything they need. I had a call yesterday with a csr and he said they'd probably have my KYC done yesterday. Still pending. I just sent an email request asking about my status. The last time I did that a response took two days. I'm getting very frustrated. The deadline for 2021 contributions is rapidly approaching and I'm afraid I'll miss it.
Very happy so far. Hope to see the market move in the positive direction. Looking forward to more features such as staking and limit orders (hopefully soon).
Great platform! It us super easy to use! I would like to see more analytics on my portfolio. Also I would like to see staking options! I am told they are coming. Finally, it would be good if they could add additional currencies monthly or quarterly!
Amazing customer service. They are very knowledgeable on crypto , only 1% transactions fees are the lowest. Thanks grant for the information I needed to fully understand how things work at itrust. 👍👍
The platform is good. It was disappointing that the minimum deposit from my bank was $1000 even after meeting the 2500 initial deposit. I had 550 more that I could put into my Roth IRA, but was not able to do this. Had to put that in an ETrade account instead
So far so good. Let's grow that investment!
