Very easy to sign up and transfer funds!
It took a few days to get the money transferred into my IRA account (Customer Relations (Trent) was extremely helpful). But now everything is running well, and security seems to be very good. I am now waiting for the ability to do limit orders.

Your support department representatives were extremely helpful in helping me expedite some necessary transfers I needed to make. Shawn Noad was the person who I dealt with the most and answered my emails promptly and gave me up-to-date information as soon as he had the information. Daniel Bennett advised me today of some paperwork that needed to be corrected. I really appreciated how well this matter had been taken care of. Most of this took place in the last week.
