Seemless process with the help of Jeff C. I worked with Jeffrey Carpizo on transferring my account out to my Fidelity account. While I know this isn't the best type of help, Jeff was a true professional. He walked me through the process and checked back in with me multiple times to help ensure that the process was on track and helped me fix some errors that Fidelity had in their part of the process. This was above and beyond in my book.

I just did an in-kind transfer from my… I just did an in-kind transfer from my 401k to my ledger hardware wallet and it only took a few days from start to finish. Both Rafael and Eric helped me through the whole process making it very easily and quite timely. I have been with them for over 4 years now and highly recommend them.
