The online platform is very user friendly. Funding my account went smoothly and when I had a question about the process, I got a call back exactly when they said they were going to call.
The only way it could be better if is there was a way to do a limit order.
Just got started with an iTrust Roth IRA for crypto. My experience has been great from my first consult call all the way to my first investment.
So far very good and what I expected. Ask me in a year for evaluation. I don’t give out 5 stars for a short period of use.
Its really hard to do a review as I'm so new and so is this platform. A few things I would like to see improve in time. 1. Chat window for clients when logging in. 2. A recurring contribution option to customize amounts and frequency's. 3. Faster wire transfers and ACH times to post. Other than that ,I love what this offers and am excited to join in this awesome alternative option for the people. Thank You! Jeff
Easy to setup, access via web, iOS devices. However, had a delay in funding, would like ways to earn interest and withdraws should be easier.
It would be nice to be able to call and talk to somebody a little faster. And more information on the website for me to access like how much I contributed to last year and or this year to my Roth
