As always, the person who helped me was polite and answered my questions to my satisfaction. It's good to feel like someone on the other end is engaged with my issue... which was a question about an upcoming rollover.
My smooth onboarding process with iTrust Capital is a drastic contrast with my current efforts to my withdrawal distribution request. June 20, 2022, my distribution request was submitted. Per iTrust Capital, the next step is a verification call. Numerous efforts have been made to schedule this call- it has been two weeks and the same reason for the delay continues being given: “ there’s an internal issue that is prohibiting iTrust Capital to obtain a DocuSign document that’s needed for the fifteen minute verification call.”... read more
I've been working on a second transfer onto itrustcapital and I've had the pleasure to work with Shelly Ehlers. She has been great throughout the entire process, patiently explaining steps thoroughly. Amazing customer service!
Very helpful, even when I made mistakes. I sent the check to the wrong address. They figured it out quickly, and helped me correct it. I stopped payment and sent a new check. Eventually, both checks arrived and they quickly contacted me to confirm which check needed to be deposited. My funds were available a couple of days later and I was able to purchase Bitcoin.

This was my first time to rollover my IRA, but they made it a very easy to follow step by step process with very good communication along the way.
The customer service rep Mads was great. But I continue to have issues with funding the platform. It took multiple calls to resolve. That was annoying but I do like the product
