Denielli was very helpful with my IRA… Denielli was very helpful with my IRA rollover. We did a conference call with the institution where I had my 401K and walked me through the steps to transfer the funds. She also helped me with an account issue by working with Diego to reset my account so I could add google authenticator as my 3FA method which should make my account more secure.
