After my colonoscopy with my regular BRC gastro, I needed help with the recovery on the weekend. Dr Balart was very patient and listened to my description of the situation and what I had tried to remedy the problem. He carefully explained WHY what I was doing wouldn't help and offered alternatives. We came up with a good plan to try an OTC product first, and he called in an Rx as a backup. My only complaint is procedure ran 1.5 hrs late…everything else was excellent!
My experience with Dr. Balart for my 2nd colonoscopy was excellent. My visit in the office was easily scheduled and I saw the doctor timely. Dr. Balart spent time listening to my issues and comments. The visit was never rushed. At the procedure, Dr. Balart was friendly and relaxed, never appearing to be in a rush. He explain the process and asked if I had any questions. His follow up phone call was informative and upbeat. A true 5 star experience.
It was 18 degrees this morning and Dr Balart was there at 6:30 am to do our procedure! He is caring and dedicated to his profession!! Explains all the details and how he will follow up with a personal phone call! My husband and I are blessed to have great continuity of care from this top skilled doctor!
Visit with Dr Balart was excellent as usual. Always a pleasure to see him. One of the better physicians in the city.
