Dr. Balart is very personable and makes the patient feel at ease. He listens, does not rush and throughly explains procedures.
Dr. Balart is such a caring doctor. He explained everything to me & made me feel more comfortable about my condition. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a fantastic and very knowledgeable physician.
