As always, we had a superb meal at J Prime. The service is excellent, and the entire team from servers to management is welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion, but especially those milestone events like birthdays and anniversaries. They make you feel very special and very welcome.
Food was as amazing as always. My water glass was never less than half full. The service was impeccable, everyone there works as a team to provide the best experience. It was great seeing Ethan again he recognized me from the last time I was there months ago. I really did not expect that. I asked about their non-alcoholic options and they made me a delicious virgin cocktail. I ordered the seafood pasta, it was delicious.

Service from Michael was terrible. Complained to the manager, and he gave us another server who was very good. Food good, but not great.
I’m bumping this review to 3* based on manager comping most of the meal to make up for a rough outing. Things started out good: did the caviar service (good but blinis were a bit too small to load all the goodies)and drinks (beer and wine good and reasonably priced). Then things went downhill. Salads were fine but the mains came out close to an hour later (to the point where they brought two rounds of bread and palate cleansers!).
