I recently visited during my first trip to Austin, and it did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and full of flavor. The atmosphere was cozy yet lively, making it the perfect spot for a great meal. Whether you’re a steak lover or just looking for an outstanding dining experience, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back on my next visit to Austin!

This was our first visit to J-Prime in Austin. We had previously only been to the location in San Antonio. From start to finish our experience was outstanding. Food, service, ambience, all fantastic.
Restaurant it self was very nice on the interior, but that’s about where the good things stop. Service was sub par, was slow to get or never even got some drinks ordered. Took forever to get our food. Food was decent at best, lobster Mac and cheese had 3 small pieces of lobster, and I mean small. Overall for the price and little gimmicks they did, the service and food was not up to par.
Second time there and was a good experience. Crab rice is excellent. They burnt my steak but the waiter quickly took care of it. He was great!
Ethan, Ricardo and all the staff are amazing. A great evening! The Wagyu cheeseburger brings me memories of a place when I was a kid that used to char their burger just enough. It’s my third cheeseburger from there within the last 10 days.
