Popped in for an early dinner before an evening event. Got to try their "Social Hour" menu. Tried the La Barrilla and Beef Carpaccio. Both were delicious. Also had a caprese salad and slice of Celebration Cake! Service was on point and very attentive. Cocktails were fabulous.
If you’re a business owner, things do wrong from time to time. A true measurement of a business is how they address those things. We had a steak that was supposed to medium rare, but it came out medium at best. No questions asked, it was replaced in minutes. The replacement steak was outstanding. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and they did not disappoint. Our server "Mason" was the absolute BEST!! as well as the rest of the staff; always checking on us. The American wagyu ribeye was AMAZING (Medium rare of course) and the chilean sea bass, my wife said was FANTASTIC!! The food was outstanding and the service perfect. And that's a good thing considering the prices 😀 J-Prime is an experience. A true delight for meat lovers with classic steakhouse food prepared perfectly. Portions are generous and they even have kid friendly options - a rarity at steakhouses.

Great food, service and beautiful interior. Music was very loud and high tempo. Overall great experience and would dine again. Oysters Rockefeller were delicious! Filet as amazing!
Was a little disappointed to be honest. The steak was a little under cooked for medium rare, no privacy as the waiters and managers hover around your table to take empty plates immediately upon finishing them, and the fully baked potato had no sour cream and no chives. Left a lot to still be desired. The service was good, but felt like a cafeteria and not a fine dining establishment. Not a fan of the open kitchen. You don’t see cooking, only food running. We prefer Deans Steakhouse. Won’t be back.
We chose J-Prime as the venue to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary because of the high ratings found on the Internet, and we weren’t disappointed. Our food was great but the service was even greater; from the hosts and hostesses to those that poured our drinks to those that cleaned our table and to our incredible waitress, Erica. We were treated like royalty by all. It was a fantastic experience and one I highly recommend.
