Overall, Jake's service was pretty good. His follow-up was excellent. His detailed information was very good. My only drawback was at the beginning he was a little pushy towards committing on the first call. And, halfway through the process he called my phone after 10:00 p.m. at night which is unacceptable. overall, he's knowledgeable with industry and provided a good service. just needs to ease up a little bit and be more thoughtful on timing of feedback.
