Jake is a very good and kind person.. and does his very best dealing with people. This has been my second go round with jake 1st on my primary home and now on my rental property. I only have one critisim which is not not Jake fault.. your underwriting or underwriters are not with and do not do their due diligent in other words Read what is before them.. in July took no time at all this go round took months and had to give you same information you haddifference i had a lot more $ in the bank
