500 characters is not enough. I really enjoyed working with Jake and we had a very good relationship. Everything was going great up until the time when we closed. He did a fantastic job. The issues that we faced at closing were out of his control. However, I think they could have been resolved more quickly had we gotten the title company, and me on the line together. Ultimately, we received our proceeds only one day late. But the stress during those 24 hours was excessive.
