This was the second Re-fi I have had using Jake and Synergy/ Mutual of Omaha mortgage. I told Jake to get me the lowest possible VA mortgage and he did. This is the mortgage that I will hope to payoff before I die. His work enabled me to close the new mortgage in a very short time. He took care of everything.
