Communication as to the amount of money cash out after expenses was poor. The bulk of the additional loan money seems to be swallowed up by fees, money for points, and miscellaneous charges. I wish I had been better informed as to the money available for my ADU which was the only reason I wanted the loan. The higher interest rate makes a real difference in the new monthly payment.
