Jake has processed four mortgages for me. He knows my finances as well as I do and I trust him! This time around, I wanted to get as much cash out of my mortgage that I could. He recommended that I only do 90% mortgage of cash to value when I wanted to do 100%. The VA has changed the way they do business a year or so and Jake recommended that I just do the 90% because for the extra cash, it was a lot more expensive to go to 100%.
