In the beginning when Jake mentioned consolidating my debt I panicked! I listened to what he said and he was right it was the best choice for me. Jake was easily the best mortgage advisor we have ever worked with. He broke down every detail for us to fully understand, showed us every available option and put up with us constantly tweaking the numbers to satisfy our needs.
