Jason lived up to the hype! He was responsive, informative, and friendly. He was down-to-earth and easy to work with. We used email for the vast majority of communications, but he was happy to jump on the phone when we needed more detaile. We were working in a hot market and everything had to move fast. Jason was all we could ask for. We closed over two weeks ahead of the timeline, and it was all thanks to Jason's hustle. He also got us our pre-qual letter quickly and beat all the other rates.
Well, Jason is as 'straight up' as a person can get. He'll tell you exactly how it is. No BS. If he tells you the sky is blue, you can go look and find out he's correct. I've listened to his advice for two different refinancings. He was absolutely correct in both cases. Oh, except in the last one, which he said would take two weeks. It actually was 'read to close' in one week. I know it sounds unbelievable but it's true one week. I've recommended Jason to my friends and I'll continue.
Jason is very personable.. I never met him in person but felt comfortable with him regardless. I selected him from several other brokers/agents because he genuinely appeared to want to get the right type of loan for my husband and I.. he also took feedback well and was willing to make adjustments based on my needs/requirements. He also stuck with the loan process to the end, despite the loan being handed off to someone else for their portion to be handled. I appreciate all his hard work.
Jason was a great loan officer. Even before we went with Jason, he was willing to spend the time to educate us on the various aspects of home mortgage. He was very objective and never tried to push any of his services. I felt like he was only trying to help me understand how mortgages work. We shopped at a large bank, a credit union, and Jason.
