I would rather call my experience ‚Äúexceptional‚Äù rather than great, and would give Jason a 7 out of 5. This was our first refinance, and although I did my due diligence through research, I did have several questions for Jason, all of which he expertly and promptly answered. That alone gave me a great sense of confidence in the process, as refinancing was a big decision for our family and I didn‚Äôt take it lightly.
